This was a complete renovation and addition project. The roof was completely removed and the structure was lifted 24 to 36 inches around the building. It became a new house!

Building Design & Construction Coordination: Starting with completely gutting this home all the way down to the drywall, we ran new electrical throughout the entire home.  We also installed a new air conditioning system and plumbing. We are some replaced all of the homes windows and doors. On the outside of the home, we installed a new swimming pool along with a new outdoor summer kitchen.
